Dr. Octopus steals Dr. Smarter's nullifier. He attempts to destroy Spider-Man with an exploding dummy of himself, but Spider-Man is warned by his spider-sense. He tracks Doctor Octopus down and paralyzes him with electricity long enough for the Police to arrive.
