A remake of the second season's 'Swing City'. Dr. Atlantean, of the fabled Atlantis, uses advanced technology to cover Manhattan in a bubble dome and sink it beneath the ocean as part of a plan to help the Atlanteans invade, and only Spider-Man can stop him. Spider-Man is taken inside their submarine and brings New York up again despite the threat to pop the bubble.
